Hi
I know that I can download .flv files, like youtube videos, using firefox download helper and then convert them with iSquint.

But, how can I do this with a Winblows computer. I'm asking because I sold my 30GB iPod and told the person that there is a way to download videos from youtube and stick them into the iPod. He saw mine videos.
Please give me a link if possible.

Another question, my iPhone plays most of those videos, but there are some of them that says "format not supported". Even though the same video would play on my 5.5iPod video. Any clues?

Thanks

visualhub is good for all video formats, google it

Thanks, I found it here Visualhub

But how about doing this in winblows?? anyone knows???

It does not work well with Leopard.... :(:(:(

VisualHub has been tested on Leopard and its core functions operate properly as of version 1.28.
In countries where commas (,) are used as decimal points, AppleScript framework changes have caused problems with some of VisualHub's calculations. This is fixed as of VisualHub 1.29.

Xgrid Encoding in VisualHub on Mac OS X Leopard, both as an Agent and Controller, does not function.
There are fundamental differences in networked filesystem permissions, Xgrid Agent abilities, and Apache versions that cannot be overcome without tremendous changes to VisualHub's Xgrid module that aren't feasible at this time.

If you use VisualHub's Xgrid Encoding feature heavily, it's advised to stay on Tiger for the time being.
I hope to bring out VisualHub 2.0 with an improved Xgrid workflow, compatible with Tiger and Leopard (and Panther agents) in the future, though no timeframe or deadline is currently set.

I had pretty decent luck with Mediacoder. The nice thing about this program is that its not restricted to video or audio it does everything.
