iPod converting movies for an ipod/iphone within iTunes 8

the feature is gone? it doesn't show up on the right click menu, just an option for creating an apple TV version . . .

It is now in the Menus. I can't recall where exactly, but it gives you the option for AppleTV or iPod/iPhone.
