i have a service manual for my car which contains a single table of contents pdf that links to multiple other pdfs for each section of the table of contents. does anyone know of an app that can convert this into a single ebook?!
basically, i want the table of contents to be like page 1, and when i click on a section in the table of contents it automatically goes to the correct section in the ebook.
i have tried many pdf->epub converters, but what they do is convert each pdf into its own epub!
any help would be greatly appreciated!!
