Is their any Cook Book apps out? Like you can add your own recipes from your comp/mac. Also It comes preloaded w/ a few tasty recipes.

Well, there OUGHT to be. I'm looking for the same thing.
My Dream App - the competition that was supposed to turn winning ideas into real applications - picked a cookbook as one of its winners. Years ago.
I still haven't seen an app come out of it.
The latest progress report I've seen from them is still over a year old:
