My jailbroken 2.0.2 isn't remembering logins so I'm guessing I need to fix something. Here's my problem. I only jailbroke the phone to have SSH access. I don't have installer on it anymore or Cydia because the phone just won't hardly ever boot with them present.

How do I fix the cookies issue with my computer and SSH only?

I have the same issue too, it also didnt save my cookies w/ 1.1.4.
When I upgraded to 2.0.2, I thought it would fix it.

I'm thinking of restoring the phone to new (like a OTB) phone and start from there.

go to '/var/mobile/Library/Cookies' via ssh and change permissions to 777
go to '/var/mobile/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist' via ssh and change permissions to 666

Found that at another board. Do it via SSH. I've been trying to test it's effectiveness since by rebooting the phone and crashing out of Safari and haven't been asked for any logins yet past the initial request. All I can do is wait though, and try again later to make sure.
