Cool feature for deleting text on 6s & 7

I noticed this on my 6s and again on my 7... when you hold the backspace key to quickly delete text, and then press harder, the text deletion speeds way up. Really handy new feature and I'm loving it.

if 3D touch provided forward delete I'd be really excited.

That would be a nice feature, wouldn't it? Though we do have the "trackpad" functionality with the keyboard and 3D Touch, being able to move the cursor around, so that helps.
