Cool Mode Switch idea

I was thinking it would be cool if you could switch between what "state" you wanted the phone is....

ie

switch it normally and its your normal work phone with email and callendar and notes etc etc what you need for work with a serious theme & ringtone etc etc...

and then when u finish work, you can just flip the switch and you phone will transform to your home phone. new theme new icon layout new setting new ringtone...

i would LOVE an app like this, if only for easy switching of email accounts.. I currently have 5 accounts, 2 personal ones I have on all the time and 3 work accounts I only need during the day. Just for cleanliness of the mailbox I go in and enable/disable them each morning and afternoon - but any sort of 'one click' solution would be ideal!
