Cool news ticker

I am looking to get a single line news ticker for my site to show what photographs have been uploaded but think the usual ones are quite tacky looking. I would like one such as Apple have on their homepage, but it has to be search engine friendly ie. not Flash but using text the search engines can read. Also Mac friendly to create

Any ideas please folks?

Hi, in the end I used this javascript which I modified to suit ie. removed cream background and made to fit one line. You can see it working on my photo site at www.fotoviva.co.uk
