I would guess the 14" ibook, but I could be wrong.

How do the G4s compare to the Intel Core Duos with temperature? Originally I was going to wait for the 13.3" Macbook but thats going to be even more cramped inside than the 15.4" Macbook Pros, and that means more heat.

Its too bad that can't have water cooled laptops. In addition to the fans.

The 13.3" laptops will most likely be running at lower clock rates, so that could make them somewhat cooler than the Macbook Pro. Don't forget that a considerable amount of heat is also generated by the Radeon x1600. The 13.3" is likely to have Intel onboard graphics, which run considerably cooler and consume a lot less power.

My 12" 1.2GHz iBook runs very cool, the only heat is in the front right corner next to the trackpad and even then it's just slightly warm.

The fans are hardly ever needed - every other laptop I've seen is like a fireball in comparison. I felt the area near the hinge of the 15" MBP and it nearly burnt me - mind you it had been running all day.
