CoPilot fuel prices

Has anyone else got fuel prices working? I had it for about a week but had to restore my phone and now it's greyed out on the app and I can't press it.

I realise it could be something to do with me restoring, just wondering if anyone else has had a problem or if it was just a trial with the payed service coming soon or something.
