Just noticed the update in iTunes. Says it brings "Premium Live Services."

Maybe live traffic? Anyways, downloading it now. It'll be a while for me, so has anyone else tried it yet?

I see the option for Live Traffic, Local Search and Fuel Prices for 12months at £11.99. Not tried purchasing it. They've not updated CoPilot Live UK yet, I might buy it for that when it becomes available.

I made the in app purchase. The only problem is, now I get Purchase failed unable to complete the purchase at this time Error -310 on startup and if I go to the copilot store and click on the Premium Live Services and go through the purchase process again I get a popup that says this in app purchase has already been purchased but not downloaded. My problem is how do I download the in app purchase?

website

I THINK it has to somehow be done on the website, but not totally sure

I just came across it.

In the program click on menu at the bottom and just scroll right till you see "CoPilot Store".

Weird how I didn't see that before.

I bought CoPilot NA for $20 as part of the Thanksgiving sale. I previously tried out TomTom and Navigon on a jailbroken iphone. I didn't like TomTom's interface but I actually liked it on a windows mobile phone. Navigon was okay but very wonky when I first tried it out. With Navigon now offering google local search at no additional charge, CoPilot's weaknesses have now been revealed. While the UK gets NAVTEQ maps and other services, we U.S. users are screwed over. I have to pay $12 a year just for a live search? are you kidding me? I can go to Google Maps, get the address, then type it into CoPilot, HOPING the address even exists. I don't care for the live traffic and live gas prices. Wish I could refund this app and buy navigon instead

*EDIT
Just checked the copilot store on the iphone in app. It's $20 a year! Pathetic! Just went to CoPilot's website and didn't find a physical address to write to. Looks like an email is the only way to communicate with them.

Well I downloaded it. I see the $20 in app purchase for live search/traffic. Interesting. I may try it before my next trip to the big city.

I still wish they would fix the iPod control. Still puts me into an on-the-go playlist thingy (instead of letting me just use a playlist), and podcasts are a no-show, it still doesn't think I have any.
