I just installed the current version and could not figure out how to set backlight to turns only rather than leaving it on full time which is really hard on the battery. I wrote to CoPilot tech support and they sent me very detailed instructions on deleting and reinstalling app and advising me the backlight setting is in the settings group. After several re installs, power cycling the iphone I still do not have that setting.
Does anyone have that setting?

I don't see that option on mine. My backlight like you said, is always on and IMHO pretty useful to me (well with a charger of course)

T/S Answer

Here is the answer I just received from CoPilot NA T/S.

"Thank you for contacting CoPilot Technical Support.

Our mistake. We do not have a backlight option for Copilot 8 for the iPhone. It is not possible to override the iPhone's backlight setting."
