Copy audio or video to iPad without iTunes

Has anyone found a way to copy a MP3 file or a video file to an iPad without iTunes?

I found an app called DiskAid http://www.digidna.net/diskaid however this only does it the other way (pull files from the iOS device).

Is there a way without a JB?

Copytrans manager, but unfortunately, it's only available for pc's.

Sharepod, if you are on PC, DeTune if you are on OSX.

I use FileExplorer in iphone and ipad to copy or play media files from my NAS
I'm also using SeagateMedia in my iPhone and iPad to play and copy files from GoFlex Sattelite portable hd.
Both apps allow me to AirPlay and copy.

You can use MediaMonkey (Windows only) as well, works great actually.
