All Devices Copy & Paste across devices broken

I have an iPhone and iPad both running 13.1.2

If I open and email compose window on each device and copy some text from one device and past it into the other device it pastes as an RTFD file and not the text I’ve just copied.

Is this happening to anybody else?

Worked fine in iOS 12

Yep...seeing the same here too. IPhone X and 2018 iPP 12.9 both running 13.1.2

Still broken in 13.2.3
