Copy / Paste in Dictionary... anoyyyingggg

I hate the fact I can no longer copy/paste from Dictionary.

Before (10.4 to .6) -
Type misspelt / guestimate word into dictionary
double click correct word
select / copy correct word in search field
paste correct word where it is needed.

Now (10.8.5)

above +
have to type the correct word into a text doc / align dictionary so that I can see it to type the correct word / memorise the correct word.

I can copy/paste with dictionary under 10.8.5.
