iPhone Copy/Paste/Merge photos/extracted images

Is there a decent app that easily lets me use Apples new Extract feature to paste a subject from one pic into another?

And I was referring to just Pixelmator, not Pixelmator Photo, which I haven't tried (and am not going to buy).
