Copying a CD?

Hey I don't know if I should be asking this here or not, but my friend was wondering if I could copy a game (on a CD) so he can have a backup copy of it. I know how to copy games via a PC but it never crossed my mind how to do it on a Mac...I need to know if there is anyway I can take the information off of one CD (the game) and put it onto the blank CD...I remember that on my PC I would put the CD in hit "copy new CD" and then it would burn it to flash memory (or something) and then when I put the blank CD in it would burn it...Any advice? Thanks in advance.

The easiest way on a Mac is to put the CD in, go to Disk Utility (in Applications->Utilities), select the CD from the list of disks on the left, go to the toolbar and hit "New Image". Tell it where you want to save it, then wait, and when it finishes, put in a blank CD, open disk utility, go to "Burn" on the toolbar, and find your image.

It sounds kinda complicated, but really it's very simple.

Toast Titanium (a $60 application), can copy CDs automatically.
