I have a 5 (linked with my Itunes on PC), wife has the 4S (never used or linked to Itunes)
On my iPhone I have some audio lectures she would like on her's. How do I do this?

How did you get them on the phone?
Syncing works like a one way street. Computer ==> Device
Cannot put music (MP3s) from device ==> Computer
There are some third party applications that could help you but I am unfamiliar with them.
If you have the mp3s still on your computer then you can sync them to her device.

Or, if syncing her iPhone to your computer is not desirable, consider uploading the mp3's from your computer to Drobox if you have an account. This won't add the mp3's to the Music player on her iPhone, but the Dropbox app for iOS will play mp3 files.

Google Drive is another solution, but the Google Drive iOS app doesn't seem to support mp3 playback, but it will allow you to play an mp3 in a separate app that will support mp3 files.
