All Devices Copying content with Catalina to iOS...

Is there a way to copy content (movies, TV series, music...) to iOS devices, either iPhone or iPad? Until iOS 12/iTunes it was a matter of drag and drop, but now with no iTunes I can't find a way to do it.

iPhone shows up on the finder, but iPad doesn't even do that.

Thoughts or ideas?

You need to use dedicated apps, check this guide. Or get iMazing for more centralized management if you have a lot of local content.
