I have been running with an iPhone for a while now but I've decided I'd like something a bit lighter so bought an iPod nano

Has anyone successfully imported their Nike+ running data to an iPod nano 6G?

I was hoping just copying over the Empeds folder would do it but it seems not, the iPod Nano has a file called "historysummary" which seems to contain a list of all the runs. Unfortunately unlike the iPhone's "WorkoutData.sqlite" file it isn't in any format I can figure it, I thought it might be a binary plist but it seems not

Anyone had any luck doing this?

I don't get what your trying to transfer? All nike+ runs sync with your online account. My iPhone is even set to upload automatically when I click end work out. When you use the nano you just sign in with the same email and whenever you sync with iTunes it should ask to upload to nike+ automatically.

Sorry I wasn't very clear, I am of course aware that you can continue to view the runs online but that isn't what I was looking for.

Prior to iOS 4 the iPhone just used the XML files, as did the iPod Nano 4G (not sure about the 5G).

So I was hoping the 6G would be the same and just copying the XML files would make them appear in the run history (as you use to be able to do) and then editing the preferences.xml would allow me to fix the statistics. (The iPhone now uses an sqlite DB but it still creates the raw XML files.)

Unfortunately the 6G doesn't do that, it uses some proprietary "historysummary" file (along with creating the raw XML files) which isn't an sqlite DB nor a binary plist.

So I was just trying to find out if anyone had successfully managed to import previous runs
