Does anyone know if OSX has any out-of-the-box tools to duplicate a DVD that is not copy-protected.

Being new to OSX I tried a few things it seems to keep wanting to just take the files off the disc and put it on my hard drive. I want to duplicate the disc itself.

Thanks.

Here are a few other random options...

- There is a freeware / open source tool called Burn that offers a lot of additional CD and DVD burning options. It's quite useful and worth installing.

- Many Mac users also really like Roxio's Toast and associated programs (Popcorn, etc).

- MacTheRipper can be useful even for non-copyrighted DVDs, particularly in terms of doing things like removing certain aspects of the disc (extra language audio tracks, other special features) to make a dual layer disc fit on a single layer re-burn.

Thanks

for the info folks. I'll try the various recommendations and see what works best for me.
