Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to draft up some guidelines for posting web content onto a company website. Each person submits information to my office to post. I'm writing up this document, but I'm beginning to wonder if there is any type of formal way to draft it?

Essentially, different staff members send me whatever content they want up on our site, and I post it. But I'm wondering if there is a good book, online resource or samples of some type that show examples. I'm particulary interested in legal issues, such as if some staff member wants to submit an image that is copyrighted. Maybe I'm asking for something that does not specifically exist, but I thought I'd ask since are site is commercial, and I don't want to jepordize it because I don't know how to word things about legal limitations.

Any help is much appreciated.
