Anyone know what kind of cord you would purchase to connect a 2nd generation nano to a pontiac vibe. Just got a new car and noticed there was, what seems to be, a headphone-like jack for an iPod to plug into.....thanks

Aux cable

It sounds to me that the sound system has just an normal 3.5mm auxiliary input. There are many places you can go to get one of these cable and there are alot to choose from. I for one are usually on the cheaper side and get a cheaper one from like Walmart or Target or something like that.

You however will not get the full affect of the sound. If you want a more high end cable that will last you awhile, Monster cables seem to work.

There were more high end monster cables on the market but I can't seem to find them anymore

This is what I bought

I had to google where to buy it. It turned out that it seems to be an individual that is being the "rep" for logic3 (just my impression). Anyway, it seemed a little shady but took the gamble and ordered it anyway because I could not find it anywhere else at the time.

I got it in about 2 weeks. Quality is good and I'm happy with it. Note that this connects to the ipod's line-out port which gives you the better quality than the headphone jack. GL.
