I was just checking the specifications of the original MacBook Pro and found this in the wireless section

Built-in 54-Mbps AirPort Extreme (802.11g standard; 802.11n capable with optional 802.11n enabler); built-in Bluetooth 2.0+EDR

I presume it's just a mistake?

Alot of people are taking the Mac Pro airport upgrade kit and putting it in MacBooks, MBP's, and Minis. The airport card for the new MBP/MB have three antennas, there for not compatible with the CD MB/MBP. The mac pro only has two and is compatible. I have done 6 MBs and 1 Mini on this upgrade. Works great.
