I noticed my Imac [Imac 7.1, 2.4 Core 2 Duo, running 10.5.8] seemed to be running hot. I run two machines and one was significantly hotter than the other. So I downloaded CoreDuoTemp to check the temps. It downloaded and installed successfully according to the installer but when I tried to run it I got an error message {can't make "ys" into type real.(-1700)}
Now I cannot stop it, it won't show up in Force Quit as running, I can't uninstall it ( says the program is open) Can't run it, can't get it to stop with the error messages. I want it to go away now. Any advice?:confused:

You should try using Activity Monitor to pull up the process and quit it.
