Corel Painter 2023, annoyances, anyone else?

Hello,

Almost complete in my migration from PC to M4 Mac Mini Pro.

However, Corel Painter 2023 is driving me crazy.

I HAVE to login via the app to the internet EVERYTIME?
Anyone else?

And then, I canNOT log on with my complex password, while having ZERO problems with same password on the web account via web browser.
I have to change the password to a simple password, and then the app will work.
Anyone else?

Sigh, this is VERY annoying to spend all this time to use the app.
Yes, I have a ticket in with Corel support, but, that seems to be hopeless, they seem to have no clue...
