Hello.
today for no reason i can think of in particular my mac show me a weird alert after booting saying this:

"CoreTelephony Trace File Error
A file operation for CoreTelephony tracing has failed, you may be out of disk space. Details 'error opening file /tmp/ct.shutdown, err = operation not permitted"

After a few seconds before even i press ok, it disappear (still manage to take a screenshot) it wasn't a big deal till i realise that many applications doesn't work anymore

My first reaction was repair permissions with came with the alert related to a file named
"com.apple.noticeboard.notification.sierra.1.0."
After trying to fix the permission of it and the other system directories around it show the error that it just can't do it

Unable to set owner & group on "tmp". Error 1: Operation not permitted
Unable to set permissions on "tmp". Error 1: Operation not permitted

looking on other sites i saw other people with very alike error, mostly all of them from today or yesterday (October 3 and 4) but no one seems to know what to do

Does anyone in here knows what is this, what caused and how to get rid of it?
Thanks in advance.

...Alright disabling SIP (system integrity protection) via recovery mode allow the permission repair to fix the problem, making all the utilities and programs work again, the thing is, when i re enable the SIP all the app died again, even if i don't get the error at the start up

for now im leaving SIP disabled but, any idea of whats going on? ...anybody?
