Correct iCal colours

Can anyone advise?

I have an Exchange account which syncs with iCal, as well as several other calendars. All the colours - including the Exchange account - sync exactly right between my MacBook Pro and iPhone 3GS, and all the colours sync correctly between the laptop and iPad - except my Exchange cal for some reason. Just on the iPad. My Exchange cla is now the same colour as a different work calendar.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I jump in and out of this App all the time for work and keep adding things to the wrong work calendar....

I've never had colors sync correctly. iPhone, iPad... Nothin'
Hoping one day Apple will bump it to the fix-it list (and I have submitted it as a bug).
