I purchased two "sticks" of 2GB 200pin SODIMM 256Mx64 DDR2 PC2-5300 from newegg.com for use in a SR MacBook that I hope to get soon. The memory carries the crucial label, and the code CT25664AC667.16FE. It also carries the Micron logo.

Should I be able to use these sticks in a SR MacBook to give me 4GB?

Thanks

I just installed the Crucial ones in my SR macbook and see 4GB. I bought these from Buy.com a couple of weeks ago, received and installed them yesterday. VMWare runs XP PRO very fast on this machine.

And yes, they're Microns with a "Country of Origin:USA" notice on the sticker. I was so chuffed.
