cost estimate

I don't think I'm looking for someone at least at the moment, but I need an estimate on how much I'm going to have to pay for the following items... any idea would be nice, because right now I have no clue. This would be for an iphone app, just to customize the UI controls.

The three parts to a slider.
A regular button.
A tab bar.
A text box.

If you don't have any idea, please don't try giving me an estimate, I need a realistic price range.

I was under the impression that a lot of those things were actually in the development software kit, I could be wrong though as I haven't got it or used it.

They are, I understand your confusion if you haven't seen it. I want to apply my own graphics to their controls, so that it fits the theme of my game. If you're an artist, can you please tell me how much you'd charge, at least roughly for those items? They're all small and probably pretty easy, I'm not asking for anything special. It'd be really helpful.

Well, with design, unlike programming, there isn't just "one best way" to do things. But similarly to programming, along with complexity of the project there is a rise in hours/price/skill required.

Can you give us any idea what type of aesthetic you want for this? Or what your existing game graphics look like? Or any particular color scheme you want (or don't want, since you indicate that you want to distinguish yourself from the standard sdk elements)? That would help in throwing out a price or timeframe...

From my limited experience I'd say what I'm asking for is pretty simple, it's just that I can't for the life of me get it to look good myself so I want someone who can make it look and be professional.

Brown themed throughout
Apple's gloss on top that they do for the iphone icons for all of the following
Button - Just a simple rounded rect button, probably gradient for the pattern.
Slider - Two gradient bars, with the control part being a *black* circle.
button bar - If you have an iphone or touch, you've seen the button bars. I want the same thing, only in brown.

The text box I can do myself so forget about that one.

That's the only specifics I have so far, but it's probably pretty much all at least for now.
