Anyone receive their new ipp from Costco or sams club yet?

I've been curious about this as well. I cheated last week and got BestBuy to match my Costco order (and I think I got lucky there). Was wondering with Costco's "shipping week of 11/12" actually meant as far as when your device will arrive.

I notice on their website they are no longer listing the 11" 64gb version - odd?
