I have winter board installed and I try to keep the themes down to a minimum to keep the ram from draining. I was just wondering if it is possible to ssh some things like keyboard, springboard theme, safari theme, battery charging, and sms? If the files do exist where are they? Or is this something to do with the hardware and how it reads winter board tell it to change the look?

Your themes won't being using any RAM at all, only storage space on your iPhone. Winterboard just copies over the files to their default location/names. For a great Winterboard tutorial that also shows locations of specific files, etc try this:
