Could 10 MP buyers band together and get a Premier ADC membership?

So, the Premier ADC membership has 10 hardware discounts. I don't see anything in there about restrictions on who can sign up.

Could 10 of us here band together, and get a premier membership for our group? then we could split the hardware discounts and share all the extra goodies (and vote on someone to use the WWDC ticket!).

Do any ADC members know what kind of restrictions are in place?

Any other potential Mac Pro buyers out there considering joining ADC before you buy to get the hardware discount (and Leopard and Server and ...)??

Is it too much trouble to save $250 on the individual membership?
