Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible?

Because when I logged into my account, the payment page doesn't show a "CARDHOLDER NAME" section to fill. All it shows are credit card type/acc number/exp. date.

If I just use my husband's creditcard, would it go through? Or it would be declined as the ATT using my name instead of real cardholder's???

I really don't want to pay the $25 fine for declined payments.:confused:

Help me out please :(

How?

Where to put cardholders name? Or I don't need that?

You don't need it. It's like when you order delivery food or something over the phone. There's also no required need for you to sign any receipt charged on your CC; your original agreement make you responsible for what's charged to the card.

You can use anyone's credit card number as long as you know expiration, cardholder's name, billing ZIP and 3 last digits on the back of your card.

AT&T doesn't need the name or the three digits on the back. They just need the zip, card number and expiration. I've used visa gift cards to pay my bill the last two months. They don't have a persons name on them.

I mean for any bill, but you are 100% right. AT&T requires what you said. Thanks for that correction.

My AT&T account has always been in my husband's name, yet I pay the bill with my credit card with name on it--it's been that way for 5 years now. I would have changed it when I got the iPhone but his company has a deal with AT&T so I get a discount on my service. They've never questioned it.

So, yes. The name doesn't matter.
