Could iOS 9.1 public beta be more stable than iOS 9 public release?

For some it is. For some it's not. Seems like there are less stability issues in general compared to potential performance issues.

I was on 9.1 on my iPhone 6. Ran quick and smooth most the time.

I downgraded to today's 9.0 release version (which is different build than last weeks GM) because while it was very stable sometimes trying to play video from Safari would crash Safari. I never had that issue on any 9.0 beta ever.

So far on my phone today's 9.0 release seems smoother/quicker than 9.1 beta and also haven't seen Safari crash on me yet.

for the brief time i tried 9.1 beta 1 i couldnt tell, both are good. but im stuck on 9.0 cause rogers, which has finally launched wifi calling today being 1 year late, doesnt support it yet on 9.1 theres no carrier update on it

*gasp* they did!? Where is the option? I got the carrier update when I downgraded to 9.0 release. 21.1 is what I have for the Rogers version.

Oh wow. It's there! I looked earlier but in cellular and carrier not in Phone. Haha thanks. Finally. They took their sweet time adding it. I love how they came out and said it was coming with iOS 8, I guess a year of customers complaining and laughing at them was enough.

Wifi calling includes texting over wifi too right? Or is that still in cellular?

calls/texts/picture texts (mms) & short code texts

Excellent. Thanks!

Now that we finally have it. I'm a little concerned haha. I heard wifi calling doesn't allow continuity between your Macs and other iDevices. (Calling and texting from them.) Is this true or no?

dont know, only have 1 iphone & no macs

iPod Touch and iPad Mini both smoother with 9.1, but not remarkably so. I don't see any lag, but after I did the install I just left my device sit for awhile. No issues thus far!

iOS 9 introduced continuity for Wi-Fi calls. I am not sure it works with all carriers, but it worked with mine in iOS 9 betas.

anyone else?
I am now on Beta 9.1, but I haven't decided yet if I should downgrade
9.1 is running smooth for me on my Iphone 5.

and does 9.0 does have the new emojis? :)
