I have no idea why I got this so I chatted with the U.S. Tmobile guy, and come to find out my APN setting got deleted. So I Installed the APN Editing package from CYDIA. Reset all Network Setting,Hard Reboot. And then went back to Settings>>General>>Network>> Celluar Data Network(which wasnt there before)> And entered under the APN internet2.voicestream.com. Hard reboot and all was well again.
