iPhone 8/Plus Could not clean the photos app

I need more space on my iPhone 8 so I copy all of my videos and images to the computer and I deleted all of those in the phone. I literally delete all of them. but yet it shows nearly 3 GB occupied storage for the Photos. Why is this happening? Is there a way to fix this?
 
When you delete photos on the iPhone, they stay saved in the "Recently deleted" album for a month. Just delete them in there too.
