Could not open locked Notes on Mac (pics)

I created a new locked Notes on iPhone 14, when try to open on MBA 13 M1 with Monterey, it shows an error message " This note uses unsupported features. To view or edit it, upgrade to the latest version of macOS."

But there are other locked notes which can be opened without any issues, I do prefer my Mac stays on Monterey at this stage.

Any reasons and solutions?

other notes show option to enter passcode as second photo.
