Could someone walk me through unlocking my 1.1.4 iPhone?

Hey, thanks for the link! I'm still really confused as to what I should be doing.
I clicked the link for 1.1.4, but should I follow the guide till the very last page where it installs 2.0 Beta? Also, is 2.0 Beta the same as the 2.0 that was released? Any clarification as to what route of the guide I should follow to get from locked 1.1.4 to jailbroken/unlocked 2.0 would be appreciated.
EDIT: I also noticed the guide uses PwnageTool 1.0 but are they not releasing 2.0.2 later today? If so, how would the guide be changed?
