Well, I did not think I would miss this as much as I did. I love my MacBook Air, but using the IPP is better at Social media and just plain browsing and media consumption. I have realized, all these devices are meant for different things. Using Lightroom in the IPP is different that using it on my MBA. I can’t export full res yet on the IPP, I can on the AIR. Like I said, different use cases.

I sold my 3rd gen a few weeks ago and was waiting to see if the next gen was coming out but decided to just get this one. I love it and I’m not worried about a 3 lens camera system, if that’s what was in store for it. I can say I’ve used this camera maybe 5 times.

But, I’m glad to have this back. Just needed to get that out lol.

Apple are refusing to replace my 11" pro even after I showed them that the whole screen is not flat which surely contributed to the single 20 cm crack that happened spontaneously on a sunny day. There are one or two older marks elsewhere (as well as two more inexplicable sub-cm fingernail cracks elsewhere on the screen), so they said the big crack was my fault.

I will not be replacing it. They are too fragile and quite possibly a flawed design that will surely be changed soon.

Ive never heard of Apple refusing to replace or repair anything that’s under warranty or that has Apple Care. You must mean Apple doesn’t want to replace it for free? Apple has confirmed that the new iPad design has build tolerances better than the previous models. I’ve carried my 2018 12.9 around the world, in my backpack, in only Apples folio or Smart Keyboard Since launch day. No issues.

Back on topic... congrats OP. The iPad Pro is a great device.

Your story doesn't make much sense to me.

Good for you. If you want it, get it (N.B. "need" doesn't apply to Apple devices 😄).
