Counter Strike renderer error

I changed my Counter strike graphics renderer from OpenGL to D3D. Now I am unable to open the counterstrike application. Any idea how to change the renderer option?

Right click Counter Strike on steam, go to Properties and then go to Set Launch Options. Type in -gl , this will force it to run OpenGL.
