Hello,

I am looking at getting the MacBook Air as my primary productivity computer, and a lot of my work includes this game. I know the MacBook Air will run CS:S fairly well, but if someone has the time to use Bootcamp and test it out for me, that would be awesome.

I would like the tests to be all on low and 640x480. I am thinking the MacBook Air can get around 80-100FPS, which is right where I would like it. I will be using my FPS config to boost that by around 30-40%.

Also, would anyone know if the mini Display Port will do 120Hz in Windows, through a dual-link DVI converter obviously.

Thanks for any help,
Ethan Nixon

I'll check tomorrow, but why would you run at such a low res? It seems almost blasphemous to run at non-native resolutions.

Competitive gaming, I have been using that resolution since 1.6 came out. Also yields the best performance and smoothest game play.
