Counterstrike Source Crash problem with Fix inside

Since Valve is too lazy to fix this issue for almost 1 year, I'll post this fix if you experience CSS crashing up on launch.

Start the game using the integrated GPU. Then quit. Now you can use the dedicated GPU without crashing the game.
