Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro 2017 15-inch with Touch Bar with 2.9GHz i7 and Radeon Pro 560.

The CPU speed is reported as 2.9GHz base and runs at that under macOS but when in Boot Camp Windows 10 Pro it is reported at 2.8GHz and runs at 2.8GHz constantly, no matter the power settings, temperature or CPU usage. The machine runs perfectly fine otherwise, very fast, play BF1 and other games and renders very well under both macOS and Windows 10. Just wondering why the CPU seems to be running 100MHz slower in Windows 10.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
