CPU detecter 1 of 4 windows 10 on mac 1.1

Hello I have installed windows 10 on mac 1.1 of 2006 CPU Z detects only 1 heart on 4 and no way to play a games cpu xeon 5160 x2 3ghz 4 heart

Windows 10 Pro shows both cpu and all 8 cores on my 1,1. Windows 10 home only show 1 cpu.
