I saw someone's post asking whether he should run his MAC on high or auto CPU mode. I wanna know how I can set the CPU running mode? besides that, how i can overclock my CPU speed.

You can set your CPU mode under System Preferences -> Energy Saver. Note, if you're running a desktop G4 based system, you will not have such an option. Only Powerbooks, iBooks, and G5's have this option.

As for overclocking your processor, that depends heavily on the Apple computer you have. Some can be overclocked quite a bit. Some can't be at all.

Don't overclock your Mac. Why would you like to do so? What type of work do you do that needs an increase in productivity?

I just want to know how. i don't think i need the extra speed for productivity, but i since i know everything about PC before i swicthed, so i just wanna know as much on mac as i do on windows.
