Sorry if it has been posted, but if i order the standard cpu with the new mac pro, is it possible to upgrade to 16 or 28 cores CPU in few years when the the price goes down in few years?

CPU upgrade in 2019 Mac Pro
You can upgrade CPU in 2019 Mac Pro according to the IFIXIT teardown. Nice :) Probably if CPU prices drop with year(s), it could be a reasonable choice to buy the 12 Core and upgrade later.
