CPU Upgrade

Well, just got through upgrading my cMP. Was running 2.4 8 core & 1066 memory. Now running 3.06 12 core, & 1333 memory. Really wanted thank all you guys that responded on this. Really helped & helped make it a simple upgrade. Fired up first, running just fine.
