CPU usage always over 30%

I've reset. Reset settings. Rebooted. My CPU usage is never at idle.

That explains my terrible battery life.

Any ideas?

I wouldn't rely on a 3rd party app to be a definitive evaluation to your question. Is the phone noticeably sluggish? Then again you're running beta software, resources will be used for lack of better words, exhaustively.

Ive got this problem as well, super frustrating! Ive done a bug report about it, seems to be worse in Beta 8.

Literally nobody can tell you what is wrong - except guessing (Photo Faces scanning, iCloud sync bugs, Mail bugs).

Go plug your phone into a Mac with XCode, run Instruments, and see the processes running yourself... see what is using the CPU.
