CPW/O2 (UK): Important Question/iTunes crashed

The computer I am using crashed mid-way through the iTunes online activation, and now it won't re-do it. All I was asked for was my AppleID and credit card details. Then as I clicked continue...pooft bye bye Windows.

So I'm wondering if O2 'know' that my phone exists and is awaiting activation. Did I go through enough screens or were there ones after that? It won't let me do it again

Is your phone working? E.g. can you access all the apps.

If the majority of the functions work but you're getting 'No Service' then I suspect everything's okay. The sim activation is taking ages (see other threads) but is completely separate to the Apple activation which - if your iPhone works - would seem to be complete.

Yeah the iPhone is working, when it's on it's either 'searching' or 'no service'.

That makes me feel a little better then, thanks.
